#My Diet Plan#

Okey..meh tgk apa yang patut ku makan sepanjang program diet ini berjalan.....taadaaa:::


Bangun pagi kene minum 500ml plain water....(gilerr pepagi gi keje dah 2-3 kali kencing dah)
After 1/2 an hour kene minum coffee yang LWM provide...(owh sedap gak rase nyer...leh tahan lapar sket ah..)
1/2 an hour later..kene take breakfast...menu breakfast???????

BREAKFAST:

1) 2-4 keping biscuits (oat yer tuan2 dan puan2)
OR
2) 1-2 keping roti (whole meal juga tuan2)
OR
3) oat / 3 in 1 Oat Nestum

(pilihlaa mane satu nak kan...)

then in between breakfast to lunch... i need to drink 1 liter of plain water.... haaa naik segan ok ari nie..gi toilet dah lebih 5 x...asyik nak terpeeeeee jerk....

LUNCH:

1) Nasi (1/2 mangkuk KECIK 10% + Vege 70% + Meat (chicken)/ Fish (steam yer kawan2))
OR
2)Sphagetti
OR
3)Yong Tau Foo
OR
4)Mi Hun Sup (kuey teow/mee sangat tidak boleh!!)
OR
5)Sandwiches (mayonnaise sangat laa tidak digalakkan ...thousand island lagik laaaaaa pulak....)

Between lunch to dinner...another 1 liter kene minum...*nangessssssssssssssssssssss*...then i need to drink the LWN coffee before 4 PM!!! after 4 PM tak tau laa aper jadi kalo minum gak..menggelembung perut ke??? uiiiissshhh..hohohohohho

DINNER:

1)Salads
OR
2)Fruits
OR
3)Soup yang tak oily sangat..

dinner harus lah diambil secare light noooooo CARBO gituuu...... sila nanges bersama2 i!!! and kene dinner before 8PM not over 8PM!!!!

any goreng2 and oily food sangat laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa tak boleh!!!!

sian bojeng...time i kene diet...dier pon kene diet jugak...hohohohho.... VERY SUPPORTIVE!!! muaahhhhhh!!!!

botol air ku....peneman setia i buat mase skarang...hikhikhihk...gigih...bawak botol air kemane sahajeee....huuuuuu...

sila lihat results selepas ini.. menjadi atau tidakk?? so far...these 2 days...i still bleh bertahan..... pasni tatauuu laa kan......huuuuuuuuuuuuuu...
